In three instances, the user was created. The problem is that other users were also generated during this process. Those with quotas show up at the bottom of list of FTP users along with a bar indicating how much of their quota has been used. If your web user account goes over your total account limitation, it could cause your domain to be suspended. I placed a quota on a few of the FTP users for my site. By implementing the user and group disk quota on the file system we can resolve the space issue. With Plesk 10+ you can create additional FTP accounts with access to the directory of your choice. As a Linux system admin we generally face low disk space issues.
